For U.S. orders of $50 or less, shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping

Global Health Naturals ships to select international destinations.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, package details, and available shipping services.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and carrier processing fees upon arrival in the destination country. Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused bottles with their original safety seals intact. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, except where applicable law provides additional rights.

Please contact us through our website before sending a return. All returns require prior authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where otherwise required by law. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, except where applicable law requires reimbursement.

Once we receive and inspect your return, eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Opened bottles and products with broken or missing safety seals are not eligible for return, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

You will not be responsible for return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.
